Service Agreement

By booking a cleaning service with Onea Cleaning Solutions (OCS), you agree to these terms. A booking becomes confirmed when we send you a written confirmation by email. We reserve the right to decline bookings where we cannot accommodate the requested schedule or location.

Pricing and Payment

Prices quoted are based on the information you provide about your property. If the actual condition of the property differs significantly from what was described, we may adjust the final invoice and will communicate this before proceeding with additional work. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept bank transfer and card payments.

Cancellations

Standard bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice at no charge. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted price. Emergency bookings that are cancelled after a team has been dispatched will be charged in full.

Access and Property

You are responsible for providing safe and clear access to the property at the agreed time. If our team cannot access the property, the booking will be treated as a late cancellation. We take reasonable care with your property and belongings. Our public liability insurance covers accidental damage caused by our team during cleaning.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If any aspect of the clean does not meet the agreed checklist standard, notify us within 48 hours and we will return to address the issue at no additional cost. This guarantee applies to items on our standard checklist and any additional items agreed in writing before the clean. It does not cover pre-existing damage, staining or conditions beyond the scope of cleaning.

Liability

Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the value of the specific clean in question. We carry full public liability insurance. We are not liable for loss of bookings, revenue or any indirect losses resulting from a delayed or missed clean, though we make every reasonable effort to meet agreed schedules.
