What Affects the Price
Property size
Number of bedrooms and bathrooms is the primary factor. Larger properties take more time and require more team members.
Current condition
A well-maintained property costs less to clean than one with heavy build-up. We provide an adjusted quote if the condition is significantly worse than standard.
Additional services
Linen changes, restocking, carpet shampooing and appliance add-ons are priced separately and transparently.
Frequency and volume
Regular bookings and multi-property portfolios receive better rates. Consistency allows us to plan teams more efficiently.
Emergency surcharge
Rapid-response bookings carry a priority surcharge to cover the operational cost of immediate dispatch. This is always communicated before you confirm.
Payment and Invoicing
There is no upfront payment for standard bookings. We invoice after the clean is completed and send the invoice by email with a summary of work done. Payment is accepted by bank transfer, card payment or standing order for regular contracts.
Commercial clients can arrange monthly invoicing with 30-day payment terms. We also provide detailed breakdowns for property management companies that need to allocate costs across their portfolio.
