Property condition

A well-maintained property in generally good condition costs less than one with heavy limescale, grease build-up or neglected areas that need intensive work.

Carpet cleaning

Standard vacuuming is included. Professional carpet shampooing or steam cleaning is an optional add-on, recommended when agents are likely to flag visible staining.

Window cleaning

Internal windows are included as standard. External window cleaning can be added if required by the letting agent.
